Position Responsibilities:
  •  Build a deep understanding of the company’s marketing channels, strategies, systems, data systems and KPIs
  •  Develop an in-depth understanding of our marketing data; leverage that knowledge to identify trends, derive insights and make actionable recommendations
  •  Build, refine and produce reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of our marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives; partner with global counterparts to ensure consistency
  •  Acquire expertise on the buyers’ journey and funnel, from first touchpoint to conversion; develop and test hypotheses that maximize booking conversion rates
  •  Build customer acquisition and attribution modeling; analyze data and formulate recommendations for how to increase the quality and quantity of sales leads
  •  Develop a lead scoring methodology to help identify marketing qualified leads (MQLs) that have evolved into sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  •  Enhance customer segmentation and targeting capabilities to drive conversion by increasing the relevance of marketing campaigns
  •  Establish performance benchmarks across our marketing channels; empower co-workers with the ability to measure the campaign performance
  •  Support marketing reporting infrastructure; evaluate current technology, systems, processes and tools and make recommendations to improve

Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in math, engineering, computer science, business or marketing
  • Minimum three years' success in a marketing analytics role at an agency or ecommerce company
  • Strong SQL skill with proficiency in developing SQL queries
  • Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Working knowledge of software applications, including SAS and SPSS
  • Strategic thinker who loves using data to drive decisions and proactively seeks opportunities to learn
  • Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively (both written and verbal)
  • Self-starter with hands-on approach and ability to multi-task
  • An entrepreneurial-spirit and desire to help build a new function from the ground up
  • Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics
