Position Responsibilities:

This position will need to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams including
marketing, sales, innovation, supply chain and finance to deliver a holistic profitable growth
strategy. This role acts as the primary marketing partner working with the e-commerce team to
identify and implement best-in-class practices in the online retail experience and developing
initiatives to accelerate performance and grow share. This role will partner with the retail
teams to ensure the online assortment is highly discoverable and functionally supported. The
position is also expected to optimize plans, build organizational knowledge and drive results
through regular reviews of online analytics and established KPIs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Develop and evolve a 3-year e-commerce and social strategy to support accelerated growth
in the therapeutic nutrition institutional business
• Lead development of e-commerce and social launch plans as well as website development
for new products and initiatives
• Define key metrics and KPIs to share ongoing performance of the ecommerce and social
experience
• Develop website(s) and optimize for SEO to support institutional businesses
• Translate the consumer journey into digital activation strategies and activation programs
• Identify conversion optimization opportunities and develop testing strategy
• Maintain the ecommerce and social experience and roadmap and communication of project
status
• Monitor evolving trends in the market and work within a cross-functional environment to
translate into future enhancements and initiatives
• Facilitate sessions to share best practices across the digital journey, including search and
digital media
• Ensure that ecommerce experience is easy to navigate and considered best in class

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING
Required
• BS / BA in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Management, or Project Management,
MBA Preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in eCommerce/digital marketing for CPG or Healthcare brands
• Experience launching e-commerce strategy and social platforms
• Demonstrated hands-on execution and problem-solving capabilities with ability to work to
tight deadlines
• Demonstrated success in defining, implementing and advocating effective ecommerce and
social platform processes, methods and tools
• Understanding of e-commerce and social platform best practices and
experience/technology trends
• Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and managing complex projects
• Strong analytics and KPI tracking capabilities
