Position Responsibilities:

The brand and product manager will develop and market the company brand & product direction in the US. Strategize for effective campaigns, set brand standards, create product briefs, and improve the customer experience. Act as a gatekeeper of the brand and implement guides and work with teams on advertising, promotions, internal work, campaign marketing, social media, and other areas of representation.   Identify white space in the market and spearhead trend direction and innovation in NPD.



  • Coordinates with sales department to develop brand objectives, implement annual plans, and track results.
  • Develops, implements, and reviews sales promotional programs; interfaces with sales team to effectively implement sales promotional programs.
  • Develops, implements, and administers the marketing promotion budget.
  • Develops new product launches and sales forecasts.
  • Creates SWOT analysis by product and by channel.
  • Guides NPD efforts to identify target areas in multiple sales channels.
  • Reviews and reports brand business activities including but not limited to profit and loss reporting, new products, and distribution tracks performance and sales trends.
  • Conducts and analyzes market research; develops branding strategies based upon the information.
  • Gathers/organize detailed sales data on a weekly/monthly/annual basis.
  • Formulates and recommends effective marketing solutions and oversees the development of marketing communications; coordinates with product marketing to ensure marketing programs deliver against brand objectives.
  • Develops and implements proposals and communication pieces supporting the brand.
  • Manages the extension of the brand identity throughout all marketing communication elements.
  • Manages packaging, pricing, promotions, communication, and product functions.
  • Possesses and cultivates in-depth brand, marketing, and industry knowledge; demonstrates this understanding in the creation and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.

Experience Required:
  • 6 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing, including CRM campaigns, online tracking tools, with an understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM/CPC/CPA)
  • Experience developing NPD roadmaps.
  • Identifies product and trend direction.
  • Takes ownership of brand voice and vision; and in-depth understanding of the brand and how to position it
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
