Trade Marketing Manager Food Processing & Manufacturing
Analyze data to support the development of insight-driven trade promotion and shopper marketing strategies to drive profitable growth Partner with Brand Team and Sales Managers to support Marketing strategy and align customer plans Assist Trade Marketing Team in the creation of trade promotion calendars utilizing established best practices and guardrails to ensure optimal return on investment Participate in the definition of goals and key performance indicators
Required: Bachelor’s degree Strong analytical skills Attention to detail Effective communication skills Solid organizational skills Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally at another CPG Strong Technical Skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Experience working with syndicated POS data (Nielsen/IRI) a plus Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
