Position Responsibilities:

The Customer Service and Reservations Manager is the primary interface with high-end clients who inquire and have reserved space on the company's cruises and private jet tours. Responds to customer inquiries about various tour package details and availability.  Manages all ongoing communications with guests relating to their tour participation. This individual needs to understand high service expectations and be comfortable interacting with wealthy clients from around the world. Position involves general office management responsibilities.

  •   Knowledge of the travel industry and/or extensive personal travel

Experience Required:
  •   Minimum of 12 years administrative experience
  •   Solid computer skills, experience with Filemaker Pro a plus
  •   Some international travel experience beneficial
  •   Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
