Position Responsibilities:

Seeking a DTC E-commerce Specialist for our five consumer brands. In this role, you will update DTC websites and product content to enhance the customer journey and increase conversions.  Additionally, set up email marketing campaigns and automated flows. Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings on our brand websites on Shopify & Shopify Plus

  •          Support day-to-day website management & optimizations to improve UX and conversions
  •          Help troubleshoot friction points and bugs on the sites
  •          Help set up, QA, and execute promotional campaigns & strategies (landing pages, URLs, promo codes, navigation menus, etc.)
  •          Help with keyword research and SEO optimization
  •          Set up, maintain, and optimize weekly email marketing campaigns & automated flows for all 5 brands
  •          Build and run A/B email campaign tests to increase conversion rates and revenue
  •          Track and analyze email marketing performance using Google Analytics and Klaviyo
  •          Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to increase email performance
  •          Help analyze data and provide recommendations around webshop & email optimization
  •          Stay up to date on best practices for e-commerce and email marketing

Experience Required:
  •          2+ years’ experience required updating/maintaining e-commerce websites on Shopify/Shopify Plus
  •          2+ years’ experience required setting up email marketing campaigns & automated flows in Klaviyo
  •          Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  •          Proficient knowledge of G-suite
  •          Experience with project management systems like Asana is helpful but not required
  •          Experience with Photoshop is helpful but not required
  •          Experience with HTML and SEO is valuable but not required
  •          Experience with Google Search Console & Merchant Center helpful, but not required
  •          Experience with paid ads (Google, Microsoft, and social) is helpful, but not required
  •          Proficient time management & organization skills
  •          High level of accuracy & exceptional attention to detail
  •          Excellent written and verbal communication skills
