Position Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute an effective overall strategy to facilitate profitable sales growth with  Amazon.
  • Maintain our catalog in Amazon’s Vendor Central including but not limited to: a database of images for all products, product specifications, product descriptions, product titles, costs, and notes on item-specific operations.
  • Maintain and complete Item Set-Up Sheets.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Creative Team in developing products for the eCommerce channel
  • Create impactful sales presentations for account meetings to promote our products through PowerPoint presentations; attend customer meetings as required.
  • Document information from customer meetings attended and executes action items as a follow-up to customer meetings.
  • Prepare and analyze metrics identifying growth opportunities within the eCommerce division.
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation as well as monthly estimate reviews.

Experience Required:

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) or eCommerce experience required. Prior experience interfacing with customers required.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s Vendor Central and a solid background in Vendor Operations preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many priority changes working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to consistently problem solve single and complex issues.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
  • Intermediate proficiency level particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Prior experience managing profitability of accounts with a demonstration of high analytical ability.
  • Must maintain a degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% if needed.
