Position Responsibilities:

General Position Summary

Plans, organizes, and controls Professional Marketing and Sales activities to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties.


Essential Job Functions




  • Point person for all communication, planning and execution with Contract Sales organization to execute Detailing proof of concept in year one and potential scaling in years 2 and 3.
  • Manage creative development process with agency for all Professional Marketing and Sales communications including detail aids, brochures, coupons, training materials, journal advertising and trade show materials.
  • Collaborate with Market Research consultant to develop KPI’s, and obtain necessary data, to measure effectiveness of the overall initiative as well as individual tactics.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Market Research consultant to execute qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Manage Professional Marketing & Sales budget and ensure proper execution without overspending.
  • Marketing point person to support Institutional (Hospitals and Long Term Care) Sales efforts.
  • Contributes to drafting business plan and strategic input.

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or other related discipline, MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing Professional Sales & Marketing initiatives (OTC brands preferable).
