Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of ROI producing traffic and acquisition generation for communitycoffee.com, Amazon and other ecommerce platforms
  • Create lead generating strategies and campaigns that clearly utilize Top of Funnel and Bottom of Funnel opportunities
  • Provides direction and leadership over day-to-day social media activities. Tasks include gathering content from others, crafting content as needed in the appropriate voice, gaining compliance approval, online advocacy, promotions, as well as working with outside agencies
  • Lead Social Media (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram) strategy and direct reports to ensure implementation of strategy
    • Use email marketing, lead magnets, social media, and growth hacking to drive paid user acquisition
  • Determine use of outside vs. in house resources to support digital area
  • Lead all aspects of:
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Programmatic Media Buying
    • Gamification
    • App creation/development
    • QR code strategy and content
    • Omnichannel/CRM/Remarketing
  • Accountable to ensure all brand and product information is accurate and updated in a timely manner on all channels of ecommerce.
  • Ability to create frequent branded content without use of agency assistance, but rather utilizing small in house creative support team
  • Stays current on new digital tools, ecommerce trends, social media tools and more to develop a best-in-class digital footprint for Community Coffee
  • Collaborate frequently the Sales and Technology organizations to develop and execute 360 programming to exceed ecommerce sales targets
  • Collaborates with Director and Manager of Integrated Marketing to develop competitive influencer marketing strategies that are amplified via digital marketing execution via social media, website and other branded means.
  • Sets priorities for content strategy, tool implementation, media mix and outreach resources required executing the digital strategy.
  • Manage marketing tags and pixels including overall tracking strategy, implementation, and reporting.
  • Manage all agency touch-points with respect to program briefing, concept development, execution, and benchmarking for communitycoffee.com, social media, email marketing, app development and other branded digital content.
  • Apply in-depth understanding of consumer insights, including demographic/psychographic trends, consumer perceptions/attitudes, need states, motivations, and purchase/consumption behavior to advance the business
  • Activate national and local media, sponsorships, and social media audience
  • Ensures brand compliance and quality of content via website, Google Adwords, online advertising, social media, etc.
  • Manages and analyzes marketing messaging, testing, analytics to make recommendations and decisions with high impact results
  • Provides leadership, through research driven knowledge and management of online advertising purchasing models (CPM, CPA,CPC), as well as conversion analysis, ROI analysis and customer acquisition cost analysis.

Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (4-year degree) is required in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
  • 3+ years CPG experience leading digital teams for a brand is required
  • 6+ years experience leading strategy with direct P&L accountability required
  • 3+ years leading the Amazon strategy for a brand with proven track record of creating sizable brand sales growth via Amazon
  • 5+ years hands-on digital marketing experience with direct accountability for building multi-channel digital strategy
  • Prior experience launching website and/or ecommerce-enabled website is required
  • Digital agency experience is a bonus, but must be balanced with CPG brand experience working for the brand (No agency-only experience candidates need not apply)
  • Deep knowledge of SEM, Adwords, Content Distribution Networks, and Affiliate Marketing collaborates, Shopify, Customer Segmentation, Landing Page optimization, Wordpress and A/B multivariate testing.
  • Proven track record of developing accurate attribution models to drive incremental growth is required
  • Proficient in demand generation and other enterprise marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, and SEMRush)
  • Working directly with beverage and or food consumer brand(s) is highly desired, but not required.
  • Must have excellent proven leadership skills
  • Must have excellent project management skills
  • Strong financial acumen to evaluate product line P&L performance is required
  • Must have excellent communication skills with a track record for coordinating complex projects across cross functional teams
  • Proficient in MS Office required
  • Self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform under stress and adapt well when confronted with emergency or escalating situations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis experience
