Position Responsibilities:
  • Execute the consumer facing digital content strategy (email, blog, apps, website, etc.)
  • Brainstorm and strategize to create new and original marketing campaigns and ideas while monitoring the industry, competitors and tourism boards
  • Overall management of the department, personnel/contract accounts (if applicable), budget and performance
  • Website management including, but not limited to, content, SEO, branding, performance and organization
  • Monitor and track effectiveness of PPC in accordance with best practices and a designated budget.
  • Manage the lifecycle stages of prospects, leads, customers and past clients while improving each conversion rate from Visitor -> Lead -> MQL -> SQL -> Opportunity -> Customer -> Evangelist (Overall company conversion goal is an increase of a minimum of 1%)
  • Utilize marketing software to create and maintain workflows, triggers/alerts, lists, page visits/performance and nurturing campaigns
  • Create content schedule for marketing emails and develop the database(s) and segmented markets

Experience Required:
  • 4+ years experience in inbound and digital marketing
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced systems/software adaptation, use and understanding in order to monitor data, lead and customer activity and to constantly improve company processes & efficiencies
  • Professional and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Positive work ethic, “can-do” attitude
  • System knowledge preferred, but not required: HubSpot, Google/GSuite, WordPress
