Position Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for a multitude of tasks across the website relating to web merchandising and e-commerce marketing, including quality assurance of all content features and marketing assets before release to the customer and agents.  This position is highly collaborative and fast paced, while also requires someone who is able to work independently and prioritize their workload. Must be comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting web issues.  Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, with the ability to filter and prioritize feedback and requests strategically are the keys to success in this role.

  • Plan and implement website updates, including new and existing web content additions, deletions and modifications using Drupal 7 Content Management System.
  • Provide day-to-day maintenance of web content for department owned web content including web pages, videos, PDFs or other file types as needed
  • Owner of web/mobile web B2B and B2C sites across territories 
  • Uphold and maintain brand consistency across the website
  • Implementation of all 3rd party platform tools
  • Monitor and fix broken links (404 & 301 corrections & maintenance)
  • Uploading all new products and promotional campaigns to the websites
  • Coordinates enhancements with Business Systems team for Drupal, Softrip, WordPress
  • Creates and QA of all websites and active landing pages on a regular basis
  • Uses Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives

Experience Required:
  • Knowledge of and experience using the Drupal content management systems; familiarity with HTML preferred
  • Strong capacity for multi-tasking, working independently and collaboratively, and have effective time management skills.
  • Proactive personality that is able to identify and resolve technical issues before they go out to the customer; follow-through until resolution is vital.
  • Competency with web-based product, content, or catalog management applications.
  • Understanding of a global marketing calendar.
  • Familiar with digital design and asset creation.
  • Technical expertise to answer questions about or troubleshoot problems with the website and CMS.
  • Basic HTML and CSS 
  • Experience with web content A/B testing
  • Experience in Google Analytics to meet marking goals 
  • Web development skills- understanding tagging, metadata, etc. 
Education Required:
BS/BA pref.
