Position Responsibilities:

Utilize and translate data analytics with cross functional teams to support key marketing, sales and education priorities for Company. Identify key objectives, measurement tools and frameworks to ensure tactics are measured effectively and campaigns are optimized. Manage research activities and employ a variety of research techniques to analyze online data, the competitive landscape, the media environment, cultural trends and industry activities to build meaningful insights; 

Develop and execute implementation of digital advertising and social media strategies across all media platforms, and contribute to thought leadership efforts in the digital and social media space 

Lead teams in crafting digital and social strategies for target audiences, including platforms, audiences, experiences and partnerships. Write remarkable creative briefs and build enthusiasm and innovation among creative, content and account team members for your ideas. 

Acquire a thorough understanding of key influencer needs and requirements, while developing trusting relationships with a portfolio of major influencers to ensure they do not turn to competition. Expand the relationships with existing influencers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and serve as the link of communication between key influencers and internal teams 

Manage master influencer mailing list, strengthen existing relationships, reach out to up and coming talent and constantly comb through social media channels to uncover influencers who love the brand or would be a brand fit, then play an integral part in identifying new influencers that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Lead ongoing Influencer communications and manage product requests for classes, shows & events for influencers, and vet potential influencers and opportunities submitted through other departments and BTC, as well as managing participation in influencer events (e.g., #NewWaveSKP, Influencer shoots, BTC Show, Internal events) 

Daily monitoring and tracking of influencer social placements, and monthly monitoring and tracking of competitive brands’ influencer activations and social media activations 

Ideate to execution large volume influencer mailers such as custom, disruptive boxes to support product launches (e.g., Influencer boxes, Top Box, Birchbox) and monitor unboxing stories and social posts for leadership reports

Experience Required:

Must have passion for the quickly-evolving social media environment. Exceptional, demonstrated understanding of social media and the digital landscape 

Experience developing and implementing integrated digital campaigns with a proven track record leading strategic influencer campaigns with measurable ROI 

Strategic and creative mindset, and familiarity with content creation processes 

Outstanding research, analytical and social media  management skills and a best-in-class analysis metric to help support our influencer strategy and set us up for success with identified KPI’s 

Superior communication, organizational, and project management skills; as well as ability to work effectively and proactively within a team setting 

Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment   

Minimum of three years experience, global experience preferred 

Education: BA in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications preferred 

Travel up to 15%
