Position Responsibilities:
  • Discover insights, identify opportunities, and create tools and processes that help increase trade investment productivity and drive profitable growth
  • Optimize customer segmentation based on category development, growth trends, and profitability by retailer. 
  • Conduct post-event promotional analytics and develop recommendations for tactic shifts in order to improve investment effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Finance, Marketing and Field Sales teams to optimize full-year plans based on quantitative insights and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Develop trade investment allocation strategies and models to help steer funding decisions.
  • Budget and track deployment of market development funds to support opportunistic investments with strategic brands and customers. 
  • Work with Sales Strategy to determine customer team targets that meet overall sales growth and profitability objectives.
  • Create & enhance performance monitoring tools to track against goals and identify areas for improvement.

Experience Required:
  • Bachelors degree in business, economics, mathematics, or related field. MBA & CPG Experience Preferred
  •  Prior role(s) in RGM / NRM (Revenue Growth Management / Net Revenue Management), Sales Strategy, Customer Investment Optimization, and/or Finance. 
  • Up to 5-10 years of experience preferred.
  • Proficient in financial analyses related to promotional and trade investments, with advance competency in Excel modelling techniques, data aggregation and reporting tools (including IRI / Nielsen platforms, pivot tables, etc.), and PowerPoint.
