Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage the Agents and Distributors relationship and account escalations
- Identify potential new business opportunities and develop an upsell/cross-sell funnel that support the new channel strategy
- Market research,
- Participation of industry events,
- Leading the client engagement, and
- Closing contracts
- Define and execute the Business/Government Agent and Distribution channel strategy to foster consultative wireless relationships with Agents and Distributors
- Create the required elements to properly execute the new channel strategy including but not limited to:
- The customer value proposition,
- Brand/marketing efforts,
- IT enablers, and
- Organizational support
- Negotiate commercial contracts with Agents and Distributors
- Negotiate with Carrier Operations, Subscriber Services, IT and Finance to create custom solutions as required by our Agents and Distributors

Required Experience
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and wireless experience with Agents and Distribution Accounts
- 10+ years of agent/distributor account management experience, including at least 4 years wireless B2B services
Education Required:
