Position Responsibilities:
  • Developing and overseeing the company’s online marketing initiatives, including search engine, e-mail and social media marketing
  • Defining and managing the company’s brand strategy and development; introduce new brands
  • Creating compelling digital and offline sales and marketing collateral for trade and consumers
  • Enhancing the UX/UI of the company's website, making it inspirational and transactional
  • Collaborating with sales and product on trade and partnership marketing opportunities
  • Conducting customer and market research and analysis
  • Developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention programs
  • Leading and managing internal and external direct and indirect reports and vendors
  • Leading public relations efforts, generating positive coverage for the company

Experience Required:
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Passion for travel is a must; travel industry experience highly preferred
  • Experience leading and managing direct and indirect reports and vendors
  • Ability to work with colleagues across departments, including sales, marketing, IT, product and operations, and with colleagues across the globe
  • Possess analytical skills and desire to be a thought leader
  • Possess creativity and a get-stuff-done attitude; be a team player
  • Be metrics and ROI driven
