Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for analysis product pricing and sales trends, recommending actions to take advantage of opportunities, and maximizing company revenues and profits.  The Revenue Manager will work closely with the Finance team, the Product Development team, and Marketing team to develop strategies & promotions that deliver top line revenue growth and help the business meet overall financial goals.   

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

•    Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices
•    Monitor and analyze sales & booking trends
•    Coordinate with Product Development & Marketing teams to identify opportunities for targeted promotions
•    Coordinate with Inventory Team to implement yield & revenue management decisions
•    Research and maintain competitive pricing analysis on all products
•    Develop long-term strategy for timely delivery of product to market to maximize sales cycles
•    Develop and recommending pricing for high risk and other products as needed
•    Assist Director with development of standardized management reporting, including KPIs and benchmarking data
•    Assist Director with development of revenue budgets & forecasts
•    Develop, maintain and distribute financial models as required
•    Regularly check data integrity

Experience Required:

Skills and Abilities 

•    Advanced financial modelling skills required
•    Expert in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power BI
•    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to explain complex financial information
•    Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and deliver on expectations
•    Strong interpersonal skills

Education and Experience

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
•    MBA preferred
•    A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
•    Travel, touring or hospitality industry preferred

Education Required:
