Director of ECommerce OTC/Rx Consumer Healthcare
The incumbent will: • Oversee current Amazon revenues and the development of that business to grow. • Develop new customers (e.g. Zappos) and new channels (Direct to Consumer ) as means to create pathways for disruptive growth for existing brands, and new products and innovation; • Develop and executes .com business plans and strategy to deliver sales & profit goals, including maximized volume potential and brand share; • Develop and maintain on-line channel portfolio while balancing customer item profitability metrics; • Raise the 'on-line IQ' across The Company via business insights and analytics. Specifically, collects and reports on-line data across all brands to showcase available path-to-purchase metrics via customer portals;

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position: • Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing; • Broad sales experience in the OTC drug or consumer packaged goods business of at least 8 years of experience, at least 5 years in management; • Prior experience in ecommerce space; • Knowledge of OTC categories, brand and product development; • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills; • Ability to balance external/internal focus.
